The Company
Our client is one of London's most renowned galleries, housing the most extensive collection of portraits in the world.
They are currently undergoing a major and exciting re-development project and is looking for an enthusiastic CRM Manager to join them in the development of this project.
The Role
Our client is looking for a CRM Specialist to work across multiple departments, working on improving and developing customer, donors, members, and visitor engagement.
With the current plans in place for the gallery's transformation, the CRM Specialist will have an imperative role in shaping the CRM strategy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Devising and delivering the CRM strategy
- Working with stakeholders to implement enhancements
- Assisting in the development of audiences
- Capturing customer data to increase quantity and quality of the data
Skills and Experiences Required
- Experience of managing CRM systems
- Experience using Tessitura (essential)
- Experience with SQL/JavaScript/HTML
- Experience of databases and warehousing technologies
