FJR Finance are working with a large organisation who are looking for a finance assistant to join their team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (include but not exclusive to)

  • Sales invoicing
  • Continuous checking of rate calculations within system
  • Dealing with variety of sales queries
  • Price matrix inputting & maintenance
  • Processing and checking subcontractor self-billing invoices
  • Liaising with subcontractors in regards to finance/ billing queries
  • Internal system reconciliations (Operating v Accounting systems)
  • Assistant to Finance SSC in Manchester in regards to payments and customer reconciliations
  • Management of collect & recycle refunds
  • Emergency card payments
  • Maintenance of purchase ordering system
  • Assisting in customer rate reviews
  • Assisting in cost and revenue analysis
  • Assisting in ad-hoc reporting
  • Purchasing misc suppliers/ booking guest hotels
  • Updating daily forecasts


  • Good communication skills with all levels of personnel within the business
  • Good excel skills
  • Happy to lend a hand to any adhoc requirements
  • Team player
  • Strong academic background
