Our client is a rapidly growing technology Recruitment Company with 8 Global entities and deals with clients which are a household name, they have seen impressive growth in the last few years and are now at a team of 100 with turnover £100m with over 900 contractors out working.


They are currently looking for a dynamic Qualified Accountant to join their team in London as a Finance Manager and act as a number 2 to the Finance Director.


You will take responsibility for the Finance team and manage a team of 4


  • Responsible for all reporting and Analysis on P&L and Balance Sheets
  • Prepare Statutory returns and work with the FD on all year end processes and reporting across all entities
  • Intercompany accounting and consolidations
  • Manage Bank relationships
  • Ensure that Month end management accounts and analysis are prepare in a timely manner
  • review and improve current processes and policies within the business
  • Manage financial aspects of the Permanent division
  • Report on and Keeping live Forecasts up to date
  • Responsible for monthly Sales and Cost reconciliations for all entities
  • Reviewing and reporting on all necessary monthly sales reports, statistics and graphs to agreed deadlines.
  • Oversee VAT and PAYE returns
  • Reviewing monthly intercompany charges and agreeing month end balances

A background with a recruitment company would be good but most important is being someone who likes a fast paced environment and to be challenged. Experience of working in an international environment is a must

The FD is looking for someone ambitious that can support and challenge him in this progressive role. Outstanding communication and presentation is a must as is the ability to work with a growing sales team.
