Quote to Cash Program Manager

About The Role

The Quote to Cash Program Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement on a newly implemented Q2C platform. You will lead and coordinate the program team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables through project direction, metric definition, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Primarily, the candidate will act as a Program Manager for both a Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system during a post-MVP (minimum viable product) improvement/enhancement and BAU (business as usual) post-implementation phases
• The candidate will be responsible for partnering with the teams across Sales, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Technology to drive the execution of this strategic business growth initiative
• Responsible for interacting with key business partners in order to understand the strategy, direction, and objectives for the business
• Responsible for end-to-end Project Delivery to enhance business strategy, efficiency and governance, and optimization efforts
• Ability to identify business process gaps and drive improved business operating models
• Track issues and action items
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field
• Extensive experience leading software implementation or process improvement initiatives
• Experience with CPQ and CLM tools (Conga/Apttus and/or Experlogix preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Background in relationship management and stakeholder influencing
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a team-based setting and work with multiple stakeholders
