Account Manager – Residential LOCATION Field Based - South REPORTING LINE Sales Manager PURPOSE OF ROLE We are looking for hard working, self- starters who are passionate about problem-solving and are eager to learn, grow and develop. We are looking for people who can demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills, together with a track record of working to targets. We are searching for talented individuals to join us as Residential Account Manager within our growing team.

You’ll sell our market leading Home security portfolio by interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, building trust and creating a personal experience to be remembered.

We need passionate team members who can help us capture the energy and initiative needed to deliver amazing customer service and sales each day across the residential market We are looking for people who are level headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy and drive.

Commercial understanding and the ability to identify potential opportunities, as well as holding strong communication skills will be key to this role. We seek to employ the brightest and most forward-thinking talent.
  RESPONSIBILITIES As an Account Manager - you are integrally responsible for monitoring the risk policy with existing customers and prospects. You will detect and analyse the security needs and develop qualitative and result-oriented security solutions; Identify and generate new opportunities to build a pipeline of targeted prospects. You work on the further development of the customer base You work together with your colleagues for the coordination and follow-up of all current projects Deliver sales revenue targets, implementing, and managing a robust sales forecasting process Review ways in which market opportunities and sales revenue can be maximised across various market sectors/customer. Conduct weekly forecasts and drive sales development goals, metrics, and quota achievement Ensure that your CRM (salesforce) is kept fully up to date on a daily basis to reflect activity and pipeline KEY SKILLS Experience in transactional residential sales. Previous experience in a fast-paced sales focused role where you have been customer-focused, communicative, proactive, a team player and a strong motivator. Focused on providing an intelligent, authentic, ethical and articulate consultative selling sales approach. Experienced in building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their security needs You demonstrate the necessary level of stress resistance and a keen interest in organization and priority management. Articulate communicator with strong phone / web-based/face to face presentation skills. Have a proven ability to understand the customers security/technology issues and consult on solutions that align to their requirements.
