If you were to join us as a Sales Controller, here is what you want to know.

  • Salary: £32,500 Basic - (Uncapped OTE)
  • Location: Stockton
  • Hours: 48, 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.

* Due to the nature of the role we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year*

Our Sales Controllers are key to our sales teams here at Motorpoint in supporting and working closely with our Sales Managers to inspire and empower our sales colleagues. We pride ourselves on being nothing like other car dealerships and this is a role where you can help us do that.

You will be able to engage and develop people to become highly effective sales people and help us to shake off all those outdated car industry clichés and help us drive into the fast lane towards becoming the most desired car retailer.

What will my Day to Day look like?

  • You will be an excellent communicator and a natural leader with the ability to coach and motivate others
  • Ensuring the sales process is followed and that paperwork is completed accurately targets are hit.
  • Coaching and training to improve performance of the sales team
  • Conducting regular customer experience checks and looking for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Working as part of a team to ensure sales targets are met on a monthly basis and records are broken!
  • Liaising with other key departments on site to ensure the customer can receive their new car in a same day service and managing expectations if there is to be a short delay.
