·       Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

·       The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a qualified accountancy private practice.

·       Bookkeeping and VAT, with experience at the very least with SAGE (Xero would be a plus). 

·       Must be highly competent in the use of Microsoft Excel.

·       General payroll knowledge.

·       Experience of preparing management accounts.

·       Willing to provide training both internally with junior members of the team and externally direct to clients.

·       Experience with tax (although this is not necessarily essential), although we would prefer basic knowledge and understanding of the SA and CT regimes.

·       Must have access to a car as they may be required to attend client premises a couple of times a month
