PracticeEvolve (incorporating Linetime and SOS Legal) provide practice management software solutions to over 35,000 users, globally. Our engineering team has over 50 members based in Australia, Ireland, and UK, split into product-based teams.


With a transparent approach to business objectives, we empower and encourage our engineers to take responsibility in building and delivering the roadmap/backlog. We communicate directly with domain experts, and employ cross-team communication in place of managers. This gives our team the freedom to operate and a platform to take the initiative to achieve their potential.


PracticeEvolve is constantly evolving the software. Using the latest technologies including Azure, Docker and Kubernetes, and a suite of open-source web-based technologies, we work to solve business challenges in innovative ways. Industry best practices such as CI/CD pipelines, champion test-driven development, code review process and internal open-source combine with a devops culture that provide a set of rich features to our clients. We need a senior software developer to join our core product team to help grow the product for our growing client-base, and to work with the team as we transition to a cloud-based software solution. This is a permanent full-time position.


  • Be part of a team of developers who shares a common vision and are passionate about their product
  • Collaborate with internal domain experts and developers to design, architect solutions
  • Actively participate in coding, testing, reviewing and, merge requests
  • Participate in building and improving the devops cycle
  • Influence and evolve an engineering culture by developing best practices


Required experience:


  • C#, .NET Framework, WinForms
  • SQL, Entity Framework
  • Automated tests
  • Great communication skills (we have flexible work arrangements and a global team)


It would be a bonus if you know about:


  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • WCF/.NET Remoting
  • Azure/AWS
  • Scripting (Powershell)
