William Rose Associates are actively recruiting for the role of a Systems Trainer for a prestigious Wealth Management company based in the City.

Main purpose of the role:

The Systems Trainer is responsible for all aspects of training delivery of a suite of Wealth Manager (WM) facing technology tools, including Trading and Portfolio Management Systems as well as the Company's portal, CGiX, Pershing’s Nexus plus other core applications as they are added to the suite. Delivery of training can be face to face at Head Office or at the WM’s location, over the phone or using on-line tools.

Key responsibilities:

 Primary owner of query resolution into the team, working with other team members for guidance if required to ensure service levels are met.

 Through regular contact with WM’s, identify training content gaps and consult with other team members to make the appropriate changes.

 Subject Matter Expertise on allocated core systems, increasing knowledge over time.

 Deliver allocated training content to new offices and the monthly scheduled sessions to starters of existing offices.

 Deliver Systems Configuration sessions via Web Ex or other methods as back up for other roles in the team.

 Investigate and create workflows and processes to save the WM time.

 Participate as systems training stakeholder in routine system enhancement related projects, to ensure the appropriate training can be delivered to WM’s.

 Participate in WM testing activity for system upgrades and enhancements.

 When requested, contribute to the firm’s growth by supporting Business Development efforts, by showcasing our core suite of systems, addressing any questions or concerns.

 Demonstrate Service 1st attitude and approach at all times.

 Other duties as assigned by the business.

Skills/Experience required:

 Service orientated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 A self-starter, efficient time management with the ability to meet deadlines which could involve co-ordinating others teams for successful resolution.

 A proactive problem solver with an eye for detail and the ability to drill down to the root cause.

 Not afraid to raise hand and ask questions to ensure the right solution can be idenfied.

 Although parts of the role is desk based, must be open to travelling within the UK when required.

 Willingness and ability to learn new systems as they continue to be added to our suite.

 A general understanding of the Financial Services industry and regulatory imperatives.

Experience in the WM space or a similar industry in a Training, Client Services, Custodian or Operations (Dealing/Settlements) role.
