Our client is currently looking for a VP/Director to join its Healthcare Industry Specialist Investment Banking team. The position is part of a growing team at a Boutique Investment Bank.

Key Skills And Experience

 6 to 12 years of M&A/Corporate Finance experience within the Healthcare sector gained within an Investment Bank, Corporate Finance Boutique or lead advisory team of an International Accountancy Firm;

 The client will also consider Corporate Development professionals within a Healthcare company looking at a return to banking.

 Proven track record in managing the overall transaction processes, including coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders.

 Strong business development skills with an aptitude for sourcing new business.

 Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests.

 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization and with external stake holders
