Accounts Assistant – Doncaster – £18,000 - £22,000 + AAT study support

Chase Holland are excited to be working exclusively with an energetic SME business in Doncaster who are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful company who has seen huge growth over the last year.

Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:

* Purchase Ledger – processing a high volume of daily invoices

* Allocating payments and payment runs

* Assisting with sales ledger and credit control

* PayPal reconciliations

* Statement reconciliations

* Bank reconciliations

* Preparing accruals and prepayments

* Any other ad-hoc duties within the finance department

Required Skills Experience:

* Experience in a varied accounts assistant role including purchase ledger

* Actively studying AAT would be beneficial

* Excellent organisation and communication skills

* IT skills including Excel

* Strong attention to detail
