We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager – EMEA Residential business line.

Role Summary:
We’re looking for a first-class consumer marketing manager to work within our Residential business to help design, plan and deliver both brand and property marketing activity in line with the Residential consumer strategy.

The candidate should have experience within a consumer facing role and be obsessed with delivering marketing campaigns that create a compelling customer story and deliver the perfect consumer journey as well as demonstrate a clear return on marketing investment, in a competitive business area.

Their skills and passion should translate across paid digital media, social media, content creation, email marketing, direct mail marketing, portal account management, ad hoc brand campaigns and PR. They will be responsible for managing the content calendar in line with the media channels and strategy that meets the business objectives for revenue and growth.

What this job involves :

Marketing execution

  • Marketing planning and execution – Develop campaign and tactical plans and execute/roll out as required working closely with key stakeholders in EMEA Estate Agency marketing team as well as the wider corporate brand and comms teams, as set out in the strategy
  • Project Management – Lead on specific projects to support the delivery of the wider Estate Agency marketing plan and manage all aspects of regional marketing and communications as appropriate across the business unit both within Prime and Core areas of Agency.
  • Alignment - Work as part of a team to ensure that all marketing activities across London, out of London and across EMEA focus on key messages for the whole residential proposition and not just Estate Agency, including audiences such as foreign and local developers
  • Marketing

  • Content Marketing – using work parallel with New Homes team across social content ensure this is aligned with strategy and covers all residential areas. Support Agency office teams with content for property marketing working alongside Marketing Executive.
  • Agency Brand Management – Support line manager in providing advice and guidance to Agency branches in the application of JLL’s brand guidelines for Estate Agency
  • Agency Branch Communications – Coordinate the compilation, creation and distribution of regular newsletter for Agency teams as well as updates on portals, social media and any brand campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management – Support line manager and extended marketing teams presentations to key stakeholders in Agency but also across residential business as well as any external creative, digital or PR agencies used
  • Digital Marketing

  • Strategy and ideation: Work with our digital teams to develop digital solutions for customer facing campaigns
  • Social Media – Provide content planning with New Homes team for UK social media channels. Deliver strategy in line with Residential social vision and manage content and lifestyle creation to expand and evolve our social following.
  • Portals – Work with line manager to evolve the relationship with accounts on Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market etc to ensure we are maximising our products and spend. Identify cost savings and work with Agency branches to ensure the portals are being managed at an office level and we are getting the most from the products.
  • Website – Work with marketing team to ensure website is fit for purpose and provides clear customer journey from Estate Agency campaigns.
  • Measurement – Work with digital marketing and digital product teams to define and manage regular reporting and then input into central performance reports. Provide measurement and ROI analysis across projects and campaigns with their support and feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Administration

  • Work with Creative Services (the firm’s internal production team) to ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the JLL’s brand guidelines
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, when required, to save cost or add value to the delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain project files, including budgets, production schedules, and completed samples
  • Track marketing and communications metrics and generate monthly/quarterly reports

  • A first-class consumer marketeer with experience of communicating to B2C audiences
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, as well as knowledge and experience of consumer marketing and campaign management
  • Proven track record in managing campaigns or projects
  • Experience creating campaigns against commercial objectives with knowledge of how social and paid media can support engagement and traffic
  • SEO and paid media understanding and experience
  • Experienced in applying Tone of Voice guidelines
  • Fluent in English; other (European) language skills a bonus
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a customer facing/brand company/agency
  • Motivated; navigates challenges calmly; open-mined; finds solutions
