Curriculum and Student Information Manager

This is a full time, fixed term role for one year.

As Curriculum and Student Information Manager you will be:

an active member of quality assurance groups, programme development teams and approval panels, advising colleagues and making recommendations where appropriate

authorising modifications to the curriculum and analysing, creating and maintaining curriculum structures on the student records system

managing advisers responsible for maintaining student information from enrolment through to final award

an active member of examination committees, advising the Chair on matters to be raised, making recommendations and decisions on the status of students and their awards

overseeing training sessions relating to the student records system and its portal and examination committee processes

an authority on matters relating to the student records system and its use, liaising with IT services regarding system developments and testing these system developments.

You should have:

a degree or relevant experience and excellent written English

familiarity with Higher Education and demonstrable experience in curriculum and student administration, quality assurance processes and the use of administrative computer systems

experience of process and system development and improvement

experience of designing and delivering training material

the ability to work without close supervision.
