VMS have built a strong, dynamic client base built upon providing outstanding customer service and client focus. What Will You Be Doing? This role is at the heart of what we do - understanding our customers and going the extra mile to exceed their expectations. You'll be working in a busy but friendly and supportive environment: - Answering incoming telephone service requests professionally and promptly within 3 rings Dealing with customer email requests on a timely basis Using our bespoke software systems to: - record vehicle defects and issues manage vehicle defects through the repair process, recording and updating all necessary information Ensuring our customers are updated throughout the repair process Managing our suppliers throughout the repair process, building effective rapport to ensure agreed service levels are achieved About you You are self-motivated and strive to be the best and succeed in all you do - service level targets inspire you You are not afraid of hard work You are a natural communicator, building rapport with our customers to fully understand their needs You love learning about new and better ways of working You are passionate about helping others - be it customers or colleagues You are confident in your communication, instilling trust from others You are not afraid of IT systems You are experienced working in a call centre environment You are a VMS customer champion! Saturdays : £10.50 per hour Sundays: £11.50 per hour
