The governors are seeking to appoint a non-class based deputy head teacher with a 0.6 teaching responsibility [management and PPA release].

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic and high calibre leader to join our energetic and dynamic senior leadership team. The exact nature of the role will be determined by the skills, attributes and experience that the successful candidate brings to the post. However, the role will be critical in ensuring that the quality of teaching and learning in the school is outstanding. You will be pivotal in ensuring that the senior leadership team is strategic, innovative and caring in its approach to both pupils and staff. You will also engage and inspire Navigation’s pupils allowing them to make outstanding progress and achieve strong results.
We will support and develop you in your leadership role and will provide working partnership opportunities with other schools. We are an aspirational, reflective and creative learning community where all adults are learners whose aim is to achieve excellent outcomes for our pupils.
