Duties will include

  • To ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPM's are completed within the contract defined time SLA's & KPI's.
  • Reporting to the Technical Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of the Blue Light Sector Contract within their allocated area and in accordance with the contractual SLA's, Atalian Servest Group business policies and processes.
  • The candidate will support the Area supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

    • The successful candidate

  • Time served drainage experience along with maintenance / PPM background incorporating fault finding and repair of drainage systems.
  • Safe Handling of waste and disposal
  • CCTV inspections, recordings / reporting
  • Use of Bowser jetting systems
  • Spillage control
  • Gutter / Gully maintenance and repair
  • Plumbing skills
  • Hydraulic Design / understanding
  • To be a team player
  • Basic Electrical Knowledge / safe isolation
  • The ability to work within a customer-focused environment where brand image is very important
  • Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure Servest / site safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Customer Liaison skills
  • Health and Safety training.
  • Confined Space awareness / CP
  • Full driving licence
