A new opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator role has arisen for a massive multi trade company based in Bathgate. You will assist with the day to day running of a fleet of 240+ company vehicles, ensuring that they are legally compliant and roadworthy. You will support engineers and operatives in the field, solving problems and minimising inconvenience and downtime. The successful candidate will need a strong administration background in a fleet or vehicle orientated environment.

Requirements:

  • First Class Administrative skills
  • Excellent Microsoft package knowledge and experience (Word & Excel)
  • Disclosure
  • Full clean driving license
  • Flexible approach
  • Experience of working within operations, logistics, and or transport/fleet departments.
  • Main Duties:

  • Ordering fuel cards
  • Processing parking fines
  • Logging accident reports
  • Dealing with vehicle recovery and breakdowns
  • Organising service vehicle swaps and courtesy cars
