    Technical Skills

  • Ability to use PMO tool and other software tools with ease to create / use dashboards for reporting
  • Expert level in using Microsoft Excel and organizing data; strong attention to detail
  • Expert level in using PowerPoint to prepare reports for senior management
  • Ability to manage Sharepoint sites
  • Analytical Skills

  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of projects and communications to provide accurate and up-to-date reporting to PMO head; aware of how overall strategy affects project organization needs
  • Problem solver who can synthesize information and knowledge to achieve a solution
  • Familiar with project management methodology in order to support Project Managers
  • Communication skills

  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings, drive outcomes and obtain updates
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Business Management or Economics
  • Project Management foundations skillset as a minimum
