    We’re looking for an EMEA/ANZ Marketing Operations Specialist to support our EMEA/ANZ Marketing activities. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Programs Strategist, you will support the execution of EMEA & ANZ marketing programs, collaborating with local teams, to drive marketing sourced pipeline and measure results. Please keep in mind this is a 1 year contract role.


  • Support the execution of EMEA and ANZ marketing campaigns and programs, managing the execution of all tasks through our project management platform.
  • Manage localisation and translation process of all EMEA marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Implement EMEA & ANZ marketing automation programs, continuously improving the efficiency of campaigns and programs within Marketo, evaluating the effectiveness of email and nurture programs.
  • Work with colleagues across marketing teams to facilitate the execution of their campaigns including webinars, digital experiences / events.
  • Provide data analysis to support content for key campaigns.
  • Measure and report on EMEA/ANZ program or campaign effectiveness, providing conversion, optimisation recommendations, pipeline projections and learnings for in-market and future campaigns.
  • Work with marketing software such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau and Google
  • Analytics to create dashboards and measure campaign and program results.
  • Proactively engage with SDRs, Sales, and local marketing teams to manage, communicate and optimise the impact of marketing automation activities with the primary goal of optimising conversion through the funnel.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) & any other European Language will be a bonus.
  • Analytical mindset, must be ready to work with large amounts of data. Experienced in building reports and visualising data.
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels and demand generation as a whole.
  • Experience of using CRM and automation technology, eg. Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau.
  • Experience of executing webinars and digital events is preferred.
  • Experience and understanding of the enterprise and mid-market sales buying cycle.
