    • About the Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant Maths

    The school has been graded by Ofsted as ‘Good’ overall and ‘Outstanding’ in behaviour. It is a mixed 11 – 18 comprehensive school that is run by a dedicated a progressive SLT. The Headteacher is supportive of development in the students and the staff and incredible resources and CPD are available to help with this.

    The most recent Ofsted commented on the harmonious relationships between teachers and students and how this encourages and engages them, resulting in a genuine eagerness and willingness to learn and very rare displays of low level disruption. When asked, the staff said that they were happy and proud to work there and felt, overall, very supported in their role.
