An 'Outstanding rated' Independent Fostering agency is looking for a Regional Manager (non Registered Manager) to cover the Midlands region. This position is full-time, permanent and home-based.
As the Regional Manager, you will be promoting and developing the high-quality children's services. You will be managing a growing team of Social Workers and a Team Manager.

Your responsibilities as the Regional Manager:
- Business Development
- Manage growth & direction of the Fostering Service in the Midlands
- Liaise with carers, their families and all children and young people placed with them and the Local Authorities
- Ensuring training and supervision of staff and carers is provided
Requirements of you as the Regional Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid registration with Social Work England
- Significant experience of working within Fostering
- Leadership and management experience
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: The Midlands (home-based)
Salary Scale: £45,000 - £50,000
