Senior Quantity Surveyor 
£55,000 to £70,000

The Opportunity:
TDM Recruitment are supporting a Commercial Director of a premium 5-star housebuilder based in Birmingham (Central).

My client are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high performing commercial team.

Key requirements:

  • Industry relevant experience in a similar role
  • A proven track record in effective cost management of housing developments (ideally volume).
  • Commercially astute
  • A clear communicator
  • A Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Industry relevant experience in a similar role

    • The Role:

    As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for overall cost management of one or more residential sites within the business. You will be tasked with deceiving clear and accurate records of cost management, procurement & subcontract management of payments to final accounts. A sub-contractor background will be considered but if you're working at a Housebuilder/Resi developer, that would be an advantage.
