The role:

This is a full time support worker role; please see attached job description. The candidate will need to have experience in working with a challenging set of customers; be prepared to work a shift pattern which includes late shifts and weekend work. There are no sleep ins or waking nights required as part of the role. A full Induction will be provided.

Grosvenor Road is the base of the supported accommodation service. It has 24 bed spaces and provides an intense level of support known to us as Stage 1. Customers within the service have a variety of support needs including: recovery from substance misuse, offending and mental health.

an experienced Support Worker, you’ll help change lives for the better by assisting in delivering identified tasks based upon clients’ individual needs and aspirations, as identified within their personal support plans. You’ll liaise with external agencies and work closely with our Support Coordinators in assessing and engaging support for our customers. Together you will really make a difference, empowering our customers to develop the independent living skills they need to successfully move on with a positive future.

  • Qualifications: N/A
  • Experience: 2+ years working in a simrilar role.
  • Compliance: Up to date DBS.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
