    What will my role involve?

    To help us deliver exceptional IT services to our business, we are looking for a new Infrastructure and Cloud Technical Service Owner who will be accountable for ensuring that the operational service delivery commitments and obligations of our technology providers are met and are appropriate to deliver our business outcomes, and the overall delivery of cost efficient and reliable IT services. 

    There are 6 Technical Service Owner (TSO) roles, each of whom are accountable for specific technology towers and this role will focus towards Data Centre Infrastructure and Azure Cloud Services 

    What does it take to be a Technical Service Owner ?

    As a Technical Service Owner, we are looking for you to have significant experience in IT Service Management to compliment your strong exposure to Data Centre (DC) Infrastructure and Azure Cloud technologies such as On-Premise Servers, Networking fabric and Azure resources such as IaaS. With experience in Change and Release Management, you’ll be comfortable managing a range of relationships internally and externally to meet SLAs and KPIs. 

    Your strong knowledge of IT Service Management with technology focus Data Centre (DC) Infrastructure and Azure Cloud technologies, will allow you to offer a first- class customer service to your key stakeholders. By promoting and fostering a collaborative working approach, you’ll strive to suggest and implement improvements to benefit our critical and diverse organisation.
